The Biology Undergraduate Society (BUGS) is a student organization open to all undergraduate Biology Majors at Southeastern Louisiana University. One of our goals is to connect students of similar interests and like minds with each other. Our organization also seeks to promote and inspire a deeper interest in Biology and a better understanding and awareness of the various opportunities in this field. In the past, our organization has hosted speakers, and has organized extracurricular field trips to such places as the Tulane National Primate Research Center and the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas in New Orleans.
