The Communication Sciences and Disorders program offers an undergraduate curriculum leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science. This four-year curriculum prepares students to serve individuals with communication disorders. Clinical practica are required. Students should plan to pay a lab fee for each clinical course. Students enrolled in clinical practica courses will be subject to a criminal background check. The program also offers curriculum and external clinical practica leading to a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
The undergraduate social work program is a professional program that has been designed to prepare student for social work practice in rural and small communities. The program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and follows a generalist practice model in which students are provided the knowledge and skills needed to work with clients with a variety of social problems on multiple levels.
