Comprehensive Exam Requirement

The comprehensive exam requirement will be met by satisfactory grades (B or above) on the final exam (or capstone paper/presentation) in five courses. The five courses are: 612, 613, 614, 635, and 636. Students who do not obtain a satisfactory grade on the final exam of a course may retake the exam once. A second unsatisfactory grade will result in dismissal from the program. No student will be allowed to take the comprehensive exam for a course a third time.
