Guitar Workshop

This workshop will teach students how to approach music that is typically presented in an advanced fashion by experienced, professional, musicians.

The focus will be on learning to arrange and perform songs according to individual skill levels. Students can participate using tab reading, standard notation, or playing by ear. Instruction in classical guitar is also available.

Workshop Specifics

  • Enrollment Limit: 20

  • Student Qualifications: 10 years of age or older

  • Younger students should contact Mr. Kerber before registering

  • Daily Schedule: 9:00-12:00 with a concert at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 29 (lunch is provided on Friday)



Cost of the guitar workshop is $170.00 per student due on May 20. This fee covers tuition, liability insurance, and campus health services. ($20 late fee will apply for all registrations postmarked after May 20)
