High School Band Camp

We are very excited about the upcoming Southeastern Louisiana University Summer Band Camp, which will be offered through the Southeastern Louisiana University Community Music School. This camp will take place on the campus of Southeastern Louisiana University, in the Ralph R. Pottle Music Building during the week of June 4th-8th, 2018. Daily activities will run from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and will conclude with a performance on Friday, June 8th at 7:00 p.m. The commuter camp is open to students in grades 9 through 12 during the 2017-18 academic year.


Camp activities include concert band, chamber groups, master classes, jazz ensemble, jazz combos, improvisation, and theory instruction. In addition to these activities, each student will receive two private lessons.


Tuition for the camp is $225.00 (lunch is included each day as well as dinner on Friday).
($20 late fee will apply for registrations postmarked after May 1, 2018)
