The mission of the Center for Student Excellence is to streamline your transfer experience and prioritize your specific enrollment needs. We want you to have a smooth transition and seamlessly continue toward your educational goals.

Southeastern is committed to your success prior to enrollment and during your first semester. We realize that each student has a unique experience and we strive to offer one-on-one guidance to our transfer population. Some of the services offered to incoming and current transfer students include -

  • Transfer credit evaluation reviews

  • Referrals to academic departments and on campus resources

  • Academic checkpoints/supplemental advising throughout the semester

  • LEONET, Moodle, & Webmail assistance

Hunter earned his Master's degree in Organizational Communication & Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southeastern. He is from the Hammond area and has worked with incoming and current students at Southeastern since 2015.

Hunter is passionate about serving transfer students and is committed to your success during this transition period. Outside of work he enjoys live music and spending time with his dachshund, Sugar.
