Important Information for Our Lab School Families
We are now settling in to being quarantined at home and, if you are like me and my family, it has been a big adjustment. I feel that after two weeks we are adjusted now and ready to move forward.
I have asked our teachers to starting working to create the best online learning we can. We want to be the model for online learning in the future. We will not get it right the first time, but we are going to continue to work to make what we are doing better.
With that being said, please make sure your children are completing assignments and turning them in. We want our students to be ready when we return to school. One good way for this to happen is for our teachers to be able to give feedback to their students. If the students do not turn in the assignments, feedback can’t be given, and exceptional learning will not take place.
Thank you for your patience during this time and for working with us so that we can create a meaningful online learning experience for all.
If you would like to receive meals for your student at home, please click here for information and to fill out the registration fom. THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS MONDAY NIGHT, MARCH 30TH.
Parents and Students,
I wanted to touch base with everyone. I hope everyone is staying healthy and staying at home. Our teachers are still working to provide the best quality online learning they can. They will continue to make changes to the resources they put online. Even though these assignments/lessons are only optional, we are encouraging all our students to work on them daily. Our goal is for our students to be ready for next school year and these assignments will help with that.
I will be creating a weekly newsletter. Once I start sending it out, please look for any and all updates in the Newsletter.
If you need anything, please feel free to contact me through email.
