Course Overview 

Establish yourself as a globally-recognized human resource expert by earning the standard in human resource (HR) certification: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®). The course focus is on the SHRM BoCK content to help you prepare for the exam. The structured classroom environment accelerates learning and improves retention. By participating in this course, you will be better prepared for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exam, as well as more effective in your HR role.

The SHRM Learning System includes five modules covering the four knowledge domains: People, Organization, Workplace, and Strategy. This also includes the eight behavioral competencies: Leadership and Navigation, Ethical Practice, Business Acumen, Relationship Management, Consultation, Critical Evaluation, Global and Cultural Effectiveness, and Communication. The modules are available in both print and e-reader format.

There are no discounts available for this course. Registrations will not be accepted after Aug. 29 at 4:00 pm. No refunds will be considered after Sept. 7. The cost of instructional materials ($460) will be deducted from any cancellations made between Aug. 30 and Sept. 7, and thereafter.
