YSA supports and motivates youth, educators and service-learning coordinators by distrbuting over 400 micro grants each year for service and service-learning initiatives. Most grants support projects that culminate on Global Youth Service Day in April, but some funding is available for other projects.
Learn and Serve America provides grant support annually (primarily through intermediaries) to diverse partnerships to develop and sustain service-learning projects. Generally, grants are for a period of three years, renewable annually contingent upon performance and the availability of funds.
