Southeastern has new options for living on campus and we are just as excited as you are! Construction is moving fast on our two new residence halls and move-in is set for fall 2018. Interested in living in these new modern, tech-friendly facilities? Read on:

Features of our new Halls:

  • Four-story buildings on western side of campus north of Texas Drive

  • 556 beds available in a mix of shared double and private double semi-suites

  • Community corner lounges for socializing and quiet study rooms

  • Technology enhanced living/learning classroom space capable of seating up to 40

  • Wireless card readers for enhanced security, providing secure building and individual room entry

  • New retail food venue (open to all students) with late night options

 

Twelve Oaks Hall will be for our returning students who lived on campus last semester. The rooms will be assigned based on the date of application/payment.

Ascension Hall will be home to a mix of freshman and upperclassmen who meet the following criteria. Rooms will be assigned based on the date of application/payment.

  • Freshman with at least 23 ACT

  • Returning residents with at least a 3.0 GPA
