Living on campus and need to have letters, packages and assorted mail delivered to your on campus home?  Commute and need convenient mail services?  Residents and commuters can have mail delivered to campus and take advantage of having convenient access to mail services such as postage, shipping options, FedEx, UPS, etc.!

Residents living with University Housing can take advantage of our centralized mail system.  All resident mail and packages will be delivered to University Housing.  Once we have received the mail and/or package and processed it, we will send the resident an email stating the resident has an items for pick up.  The resident will come to University Housing in Pride Hall during office hours to retrieve their items, you must have your student ID to do so.

When receiving mail or packages, the resident will need to use the following format and box number in order for it to be delivered to University Housing:

 FIRST NAME and LAST NAME
Student Resident
SLU Box 10705
Hammond, LA 70402

Here are a few useful tips when receiving mail:

  • Use the name you have on file with the university.
  • Residents must have their student ID when retrieving mail.
  • The receiver on the package is the only person that can retrieve that mail.
