F-1 and J-1 students must comply with Department of Homeland Security regulations which
can be found under Instructions to Students on page 2 of the I-20 or DS-2019. By following those instructions, and the specific
information found on this site, Southeastern F-1 and J-1students will maintain legal
status in the U.S. and be able to take full advantage of available F-1 and J-1 benefits.
