Message from the Provost

I hope you had a great summer and are as excited as I am to begin the fall semester! This week has been a busy Welcome Back Week as faculty and staff prepare to greet new and returning students. We also welcomed an exciting group of new faculty ready to join with us in our commitment to each other and to our students. It’s going to be a special semester. I can feel it.

Just a couple of reminders as you continue your preparations for the semester.

 

Please refer to the Fall 2019 Semester Informational Memo for requirements and deadlines relevant to the management of your courses.

 

Committee assignments for Standing Committees 2019-2020 have been posted. Please take a look. These committees are important and your service is appreciated.

 

Convocation is later this morning – 11:00 a.m. in the Student Union Ballroom. Please join me as we celebrate past accomplishments and the start of a new academic year.
