New F15 Group Fitness Program

The REC is excited to share a new program with our students! F15, geared towards freshmen students looking to get active and learn healthy habits, will meet on Mondays and Tuesdays at 6:15pm in room 228.

This class is MORE than just a typical group fitness class. Participants can expect to:

  • Develop and learn coping skills for everyday life
  • Improve mental toughness
  • Benefit from more energy and stamina

This new and unique class offering is taught by recent Southeastern graduate Kristen Calfee, who lost 75 pounds during her freshman year. Kristen is looking to share these techniques and strategies she learned with our students to help them improve their lives as well.
