Moodle Support
Moodle Requirements and Technical Recommendations
This page contains useful information and various support materials to assist you in being successful in courses offered through Moodle at Southeastern Louisiana University.
First things first...
Check your computer equipment and browser configuration for optimum performance. To maximize performance, you'll need to be certain you have settings that meet Moodle's requirements and that the browser you're using is properly configured. You can check those things here:
Login Information
Southeastern students' Moodle username and password are the same as their WEBMAIL and LEONET username and password. Username example: w0123456
Operating Systems
According to Moodle's site: "The operating system is not important, but you may need software to read files that you upload (e.g. if you upload Microsoft Word files then all your users need software to read Word files)."
Network Connectivity
If you are accessing the Internet using a Wi-Fi (wireless) connection, be sure you
have a
h4 and reliable connection before attempting a quiz. If the signal is weak or there
is a brief interruption of service during a quiz, you may be unable to submit a quiz.
Wireless
Internet is not always as reliable as a wired connection because it can be affected
by
interference from other devices. A hard wired internet connection is always suggested
when taking tests and quizzes.
