Campus Online Management and Educational Tracking (COMET) is a web interface to Southeastern University's administrative database.  COMET provides secure access to students, faculty, and staff information.

COMET Security

COMET provides access to student, faculty, and staff information through a secure server. Comet is designed to protect user's information.  Users are responsible to keep their login and access information confidential.  To keep your online data private, do the following:

  • Do not share your personal login and pins
  • Log off the system when you are finished using COMET
  • Do not save your personal login and pins on your or someone else's computer
  • Do not write your personal login and pins in obvious places

How Do I Use COMET?

COMET offers a variety of tools to help you manage your academic environment.  Most of the tools are basic and straight-forward to use.  However, if you require additional information every option provides a help link on the top right-hand corner of each page.

The COMET Information Center (this site) was created to help address options requiring supplemental information or adherence to specific SEU policies.  Please review this document regularly for up-to-date information and announcements specific to COMET.
