Library Instructional Classroom (Room 252)

University faculty and staff may reserve Room 252 for instructional sessions. The room accommodates 30-35 students and has an instructor PC with Sympodium presentation technology, overhead projector, document camera, and DVD/VHS viewing equipment. Use of the classroom must be reserved through the Media Department at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. A faculty or staff member must be present in the classroom at all times.


Equipment

Room 252 is equipped with the following:

  • Instructor PC with Sympodium presentation technology
  • Microsoft Office 2013
  • Document Camera
  • DVD and VHS viewing equipment
  • Ceiling mounted projector


Policies

Sims Library asks that faculty and staff keep in mind the following guidelines:

  • Room 252 may only be reserved by Southeastern faculty and staff.
  • Faculty/Staff must remain in the room at all times.
  • Equipment in the room should only be rearranged by a staff member from the Media.
  • Outside software programs and files should not be downloaded on Library PCs without first consulting the Media staff.
  • Food or drink is not allowed in Room 252.
