Statistical Compendia Branch May Lose Funding

Please Contact Congress and Help Save the Statistical Abstract
In its budget request for 2012, the Census Bureau has proposed to eliminate the Statistical Abstract of the United States and all other publications issued by the Statistical Compendia Branch (including the County and City Data Book and the State and Metropolitan Area Data Book). These publications would no longer be published in print or online.
If you would like to save the Statistical Abstract, pleasecontact your Congressional representatives and ask them to oppose the defunding of the Statistical Compendia Branch.
