Users are responsible for any damages to the room and its contents during use. Vandalism, activities threatening or disruptive to others will not be tolerated.

Key cards returned late are fined $1.00 per hour starting with the first minute overdue, up to $25.00. A $20 fee will be charged for any non-returned key card along with the maximum overdue fine.

No food allowed and only drinks in covered containers are permitted in the study rooms.

Furniture or equipment is not to be moved into or out of the study rooms except by authorized staff.

Group study rooms are not soundproof. Groups that are excessively noisy and disturb others may be asked to vacate group study rooms.
