Campus Services Extended Hours

Welcome back to Southeastern! We are glad you are here and wish you a great start to the Spring 2021 semester on the first day of classes on Wednesday, Jan. 20. Many campus departments have extended hours at the beginning of the semester for your convenience. See below for helpful information to start your new year at Southeastern, or click here for a list to save to your phone. Southeastern Dining

Regular hours for all Campus Dining begin on Wednesday, Jan. 20.  Click here for a list of hours of operation for our dining facilities. Save to your phone for easy access!

Cub Cash and Lion's Lagniappe are now available. Cub Cash that rolled over from Fall to Spring is accessible now as long as you are actively enrolled for the Spring 2021 semester.  

 

University Bookstore

It's the place to shop for Southeastern apparel and merchandise, books, school supplies, snacks, and much more! The Bookstore will offer extended hours at the beginning of the semester:

  • Saturday-Sunday, Jan. 16-17: 10 am - 3 pm
  • Monday, Jan. 18 (MLK Day): 10 am - 3 pm
  • Tuesday-Thursday, Jan. 19-21: 7:30 am - 6 pm

Regular hours resume Friday, Jan. 22: Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am - 5 pm and Friday from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm.

Curbside Pickup is available now and ongoing:  Monday-Thursday from 9 am - 2 pm and Friday from 9 am - 12:30 pm.

 

Textbook Rental
North Campus, Building F

Print out a copy of your class schedule from LEONET (Self Service - Textbook Rental Information) and bring your student ID with you when you pick up your rental textbooks. Textbook Rental is open the hours through Jan. 29:

  • Monday-Friday from 7 am - 7 pm
  • Saturday-Sunday from 8 am - 5 pm
  • Open Monday, Jan. 18 (Martin Luther King Day)

Starting Monday, Jan. 18, appointments are required to pickup books. 

Regular hours for the semester are: Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am - 5 pm and Friday from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm.

 

Campus Card Operations
North Campus Financial Aid Building, Room 133

The Campus Card Operations office will be open extended hours on Tuesday, Jan. 19 - Thursday, Jan. 21 from 7:30 am - 6 pm. Normal operating hours (Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am - 5 pm and Friday from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm) resume on Friday, Jan. 22A government issued photo ID is required to pick up your ID. 

To add money to your Lion's Lagniappe account, you can bring cash, check or money order to the Controller's Office.You may also add Lion's Lagniappe to your account through LEONET or with a credit card using GET, the online management system for Lion's Lagniappe and other services. Click here to access GET. 

 

Parking Office

The Parking Office will be issuing student parking tag in Pride Hall during the following hours: 
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:45 pm and Friday: 7:30 am - 12:15 pm. 

Students who purchased a parking hangtag in the Fall semester do not need a new hangtag for the Spring semester. New students will need to purchase a parking hangtag for the remainder of the academic year. Students who are changing classifications (for example, from freshman to upper-class) or changing dorms/parking zones must bring their hangtag to the Parking Office, along with $2, to exchange their hangtag.

As you get settled into your home, you can call Housing with any questions. Maintenance requests may be submitted online. Don't forget to check out your Residence Hall Association to get involved!

  • Sunday: 2 pm - 11 pm
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 11 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Get Involved

Student Organizations at Southeastern are an integral part of campus life and one of the best opportunities for students to learn outside of the classroom. With more than 100 student organizations, there's something for everyone! Check out all the fun put on by your Campus Activities Board as well!

 

Campus Safety

Southeastern uses an emergency alert messaging system in the case of an emergency. All student, faculty and staff email accounts are preregistered with the system, but you must sign up to receive emergency alert text messages and voice calls on your cell phone. Sign up now.

Southeastern's free Safe Campus app can be accessed by using your smart phone or device to visit southeastern.edu/safecampusapp. Be sure to save the app to your home screen for easy access. The app can direct dial the University Police Department from its home screen and provides simple instructions and recommendations for actions to take in the event of an on-campus emergency.
