Small Business Development Center hosts startup seminar during Small Business Week

HAMMOND – In celebration of the U.S. Small Business Administration Small Business Week 2007, May 6- 12, the Small Business Development Center at Southeastern Louisiana University and the Hammond Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring a business startup seminar in Hammond on Thursday, May 10.
The seminar will prepare attendees for the intensive business planning process, identify major steps crucial to starting a business, discuss common pitfalls and address key issues that affect business success. Class will be held from 9am to noon at the Southeast Louisiana Business Center in Hammond.
