Army ROTC is looking for scholars, athletes, and leaders
Looking for a rewarding, different challenge?
ARMY ROTC is now being offered to all Southeastern students in collaboration with the Army National Guard’s 244th Aviation Battalion at the Hammond Airport and LSU Army ROTC.
The Spring 2007 semester will offer two classes at the Hammond Airport (on Hwy. 190 just east of Hammond) every Tuesday afternoon: MILS 1012 from 2:10–3 p.m. and MILS 2162 from 1:20–3 p.m. Both classes will conduct a joint leadership lab at 3–4:30 p.m. after classes end.
Hands-on leadership training widely regarded as the best available in the world
Obtain management experience desired in the corporate World
Two, three, and four-year scholarship opportunities – up to $ 1,100 a month AND tuition paid in certain cases
Adventure training, rappelling, paintball
No Military Obligation for the first two years (MS Levels I and II)
