Recipes wanted for alumni cookbook

HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana University Alumni Association is inviting alumni and friends to submit recipes for a cookbook to be published in honor of the association’s 80th anniversary.
Recipes may be sent by July 15 to the Alumni Association, 500 West University Avenue, Hammond, LA 70401 or via email to slualumni@selu.edu.
“Please include all the necessary ingredients, instructions, baking temperatures and cooking tips,” said Alumni Association Director Kathy Pittman. “With football season right around the corner, barbeque and tailgating recipes are a plus!”
Submissions should include name, telephone number and mail or email address.
