The Southeastern Louisiana University Development Foundation’s Wade Speed Scholarship has been presented to Tyler Vial, a senior from Hammond majoring in management. The scholarship honors the late Wade Speed, a prominent Hammond businessman, civic leader and Southeastern graduate, and is funded by proceeds from the annual Wade Speed Golf Tournament.
