HAMMOND – Southeastern Louisiana University’s St. Tammany Center will expand its course offerings to include biology, biology lab, computer science, educational leadership, English, elementary statistics, occupational health, safety and environment, psychology and 10 more.
“Many people are surprised by the number of courses offered here,” said Stella Helluin, director of St. Tammany Center, located on the third floor of the St. Tammany Parish government complex, 21454 Koop Drive in Mandeville. “Our staff is looking forward to answering any questions about Southeastern and the courses we offer.”
Helluin said current and prospective students may complete the registration process at the St. Tammany Center for all Southeastern classes, including those offered at the main campus and other locations. Admission, health information and other relevant college forms are also available, and payments can be accepted at that location as well.
“Non-credit courses are also available for the general public,” Helluin said. “Areas of interest include computers and technology, digital media/design, arts and music, financial planning, test preparation, green living and health care and fitness.”
