Southeastern offers SHRM Learning System PHR/SPHR Prep Course

HAMMOND – Southeastern Louisiana University’s Division of Extended Studies is offering its Society for Human Resources Management Learning System (SHRM) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) / Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) test preparation non-credit course as a hybrid on-line offering.
The course, which begins Feb. 26, will meet three times at Southeastern’s St. Tammany Center on Koop Drive in Mandeville. All course work will be covered on-line. Cost for the class is $1,095, and students will receive three and a half continuing education credits for completing the course.
“It is exciting to offer this program for the first time as an on-line course,” said Fran Norwood, course instructor. “Students will be able to complete their course work in a more convenient manner, which is an advantage for working adults.”
