Southeastern Extended Studies to offer special algebra review course

     HAMMOND – Southeastern Louisiana University’s Division of Extended Studies is offering an algebra review course for Southeastern and non-traditional students on its Hammond campus.
     The new course, which begins June 13, will meet on Mondays from 3-5 p.m. for three sessions and costs $60. Topics include operations with real numbers, solving linear equations, introduction to graphing, and multiplying polynomials. 
     “This is a great course for students who are struggling in math or are apprehensive about taking math courses as they advance towards their degree requirements,” said Sarah Clifton, course instructor.
