Southeastern LSBDC to host seminar on winning sales organizations

HAMMOND – The Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC) at Southeastern Louisiana University will offer the seminar “Secrets of a Winning Sales Organization” on Thursday, May 12.
The free seminar is scheduled from 9 - 11 a.m. at the Livingston Parish Literacy and Technology Center, located at 9261 Florida Blvd. in Walker.
According to Sandy Summers, assistant director of the Southeastern SBDC, it’s easy to identify the highest-performing sales organizations; they’re the ones with the most sales.
“The real challenge is figuring out how they got there, how those sales superstars maintain a consistent, comfortable distance between themselves and their competitors, and how they retain and increase market share,” she said. “In other words, why do they excel? Exactly what is it that sets them apart from the rest of the pack? This seminar demonstrates how to make your small business a sales winner.”
