Exhibit showcases talents of Southeastern seniors

HAMMOND – The artwork of Southeastern Louisiana University graduating seniors will be on
display Thursday, April 25 to Wednesday, May 15, at the university's Contemporary
Art Gallery in East Stadium.
The Spring 2013 Senior Exhibition features some of the finest artwork from the
32 graduating seniors of the department. It is the largest class to date in the history
of the program. The hundreds of pieces represent all mediums: graphic design, sculpture,
painting, drawing, print making, photography, ceramics and more.
The artists will be honored at an opening reception April 25, from 5-7 p.m. The
exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.
The Contemporary Art Gallery hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, with extended
hours until 8 p.m. on Wednesdays. For additional information, call Associate Professor
