HAMMOND – The Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC) at Southeastern
Louisiana University, with co-sponsor the Greater Hammond Area Chamber of Commerce,
will host a free seminar on holiday marketing.
The seminar, titled “Make Your Holiday Marketing Rock!” will take place in Hammond
on Wednesday, Nov. 4, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the Southeast Louisiana Business Center

to increase sales this season.”
Topics to be covered include ways to make promotions stand out in a crowded inbox;
creating an email campaign and editing a template; tracking results and what to do
with this information; email list building and increasing deliverability and open
rates; branding emails with logos, colors and photos; and creating content that people
want to receive and read.
Although there is no cost to attend, seating is only guaranteed for pre-registered
attendees. To register or for more information, call (985) 549-3831. Online registration
