Senior student exhibition scheduled at Southeastern Contemporary Art Gallery

HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana University Department of Fine and Performing
Arts’ Fall 2016 Senior Exhibition will be on display from Nov. 22 through Dec. 10
at the university’s Contemporary Art Gallery.
The gallery will host an opening reception on Tuesday (Nov. 22) from 5 to 7:30
p.m. The exhibit, which is free and open to the public, will be open on Mondays,
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and
Fridays from 8 a.m. to noon.
Southeastern seniors completing their bachelor’s degrees in visual art and design
will showcase their artwork. Featured pieces will include ceramics, painting, drawing,
photography, animation, video art, printmaking, sculpture, and graphic design.
