Summers said the course provides a general overview of the different business forms, including the issues related to their formation, management, dissolution and taxation. Additional points of discussion include the necessary things one should do and avoid doing when starting a new business.
Although there is no cost to attend, seating is only guaranteed for pre-registered attendees. To register or for more information, call (985) 549-3831. Online registration is also available at www.lsbdc.org.
