HAMMOND – The Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC) at Southeastern Louisiana University will hold a free seminar in Ponchatoula March 27 designed to help business improve customer service.
Co-sponsored with the Ponchatoula Chamber of Commerce, First Baptist Church of Ponchatoula, Ponchatoula Therapy, and First Guaranty Bank, the seminar titled “Providing Great Customer Service: The Chick fil-A Way” will take place from 7:30 to 9 a.m., in the adult classroom of First Baptist Church of Ponchatoula, located at 325 E. Pine St.
“Today acquiring new customers for many businesses can be challenging, so it is extremely important to maximize the relationships that you have with your current customers. One way to do this is to provide outstanding customer service,” said Sandy Summers, assistant director of the Small Business Development Center. “Join us as we learn from the service experts at Chick fil-A about what makes a superior customer experience, especially as it relates to a company’s culture.”
Greg Morris of Chick fil-A is the scheduled guest speaker.
Although there is no cost to attend, seating is only guaranteed for pre-registered attendees. To register or for more information, call (985) 549-3831 or email lsbdc.slu@lsbdc.org.
