Southeastern forms partnership with St. Augustine High School

WORKING TOGETHER FOR BRIGHTER FUTURES - Officials at Southeastern Louisiana University recently met with officials from St. Augustine High School in New Orleans to form a partnership for student recruitment. Crain, Director of Financial Aid Mandy Hoffman, and Director of Admissions Anthony Ranatza.
HAMMOND – Officials at Southeastern Louisiana University recently met with officials
from St. Augustine High School in New Orleans to form a partnership to recruit their
students to Southeastern.
During the meeting, participants discussed opportunities at Southeastern for
St. Augustine students, such as the EXCEL Scholarship, the Southeastern Priority Scholarship,
the Southeastern Promise, Project PULL, and financial aid packages.
“The goal of the partnership is to increase the number of St. Augustine students
who select Southeastern as their college of choice,” said Chief Enrollment Management
Officer Kay Maurin. “We have a history of high achieving St. Augustine graduates and
would like to increase that number at Southeastern. Our programs and services are
a great fit for their graduates, and we’re excited to be able to work closely with
their president and academic advisor ensuring that more Purple Knights become proud
members of the Lion Pride.”
