The Workforce Talent Initiative (WTI), developed within Southeastern’s College of
Science and Technology, is an educational and career-preparation resource to support
student success in the increasingly demanding technology-rich workplace.

Faculty and staff members with diverse specializations work closely together to develop
a curriculum with real-world application and provide co-curricular opportunities.
The result is an innovative program that enhances career preparation and opportunities
for students while allowing companies to fill their growing numbers of technological
positions with highly qualified applicants.
