HAMMOND – Members of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity lead the annual MLK Memorial March at Southeastern Louisiana University Monday (Jan. 23). Students, faculty, staff, and members of the community, including President John L. Crain, attended the march and remembrance program celebrating the legacy of the late Civil Rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. Open to the public and featuring remarks by Burnett King Jr., the event was sponsored by the Kappa Nu Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity and Southeastern’s Office of Multicultural and International Student Affairs.
