Employee wellness aims to provide employees with access to healthy supports in the work environment. Here at Southeastern, our Employee Wellness Committee represents all areas of the University, and serves as a voice for employees on all things health and wellness. Offers a wide range of resources on physical activity, from recommendations and guidelines to strategies for finding safe places to exercise and overcoming barriers.
