Scholarships

• Must be a College of Business major enrolled in one of the following disciplines:
  • BS Accounting
  • BBA Business Administration
  • MBA Business Administration
  • EMBA Business Administration
  • BS Finance
  • BA Management
  • BA Marketing
  • BS Supply Chain Management
• May be an undergraduate or graduate student
• Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.5
• Must have proven exemplary character and commitment to their studies within the College of Business
• Retention: As long as criteria is met

Application Form

• Must be enrolled a full-time status in the College of Business.
  * Must have a minimum overall college GPA of 2.0.
  * Must submit a one page written essay to answer the question: "What is my primary goal in life and why am I a candidate for this scholarship?"
  * Special consideration may be given to students who are employed at K-Team Printing and Imaging.
  This student must meet all other criteria as well.
  * Must include a copy of their resume.

Application Form

• Must be majoring in a discipline of the College of Business.
• Will be an upper-classman and will have successfully
  completed at least 90 semester hours and be on track to graduation.
• Must have an overall college GPA of at least 2.5
• Though financial need is not the only requirement for candidates to be considered, students should exhibit good faith by having some employment, at least part-time or exhibiting a reason they are not contributing financially to their education because of extending circumstances, as in caring for a child.
• Must be enrolled full-time.
• Retention: As long as the criteria is met.

• Must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.5
• Must be involved in at least one (1) campus or community organization in a leadership capacity (at the time of the scholarship award)

Application Form

• Category 1: Graduating senior or MBA student with the highest GPA
• Category 2: Freshmen students and continuing students who have Merritt scholarships
• Category 3: Students participating in the International Summer Abroad Program (open only to U.S. resident students)

  * Preference will be given to a student from the New Orleans area.

     * Must be in the College of Business Sales Program.
     * Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.5.
     * Must exhibit financial need. Preference given to a student who would not be able to attend without financial assistance (i.e. not a TOPS recipient).

• Must have overall college GPA of 2.50 or higher.
  * Must be majoring in Accounting or Finance.
  * Must be U.S. citizen, ethnic minority (black), & in need of financial assistance (must be able to
  qualify for federal financial aid.) * Must be enrolled full-time.
  * Preference given to undergrad student; however, a graduate student may be selected.

  the obligation, to create change.

• The student must have financial need (i.e., must need this scholarship to cover unpaid tuition/fees). 
• The student must be majoring in Marketing, Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. 
• The student must have a minimum overall college grade point average of 3.0. 
• The student must be enrolled full-time. (A full-time student is defined as one enrolled in at least 12 hours of credit courses.) 
• There is a preference for an international student born in Latin America or a student having parents from Latin America. 
• There is a preference for a student fluent in the Spanish language.

  * Preference will be given to a first generation college student.

   Must have a 3.0 or higher Southeastern GPA.
   * Must be majoring in one of the disciplines in the College of Business.
   * Must have completed 45 hours of coursework at Southeastern and must have at least junior standing (60+ hours).
  * Must have a record of active participation in registered Southeastern student organizations.
   * Must provide evidence of involvement in community service.
  * Must be a full-time student.
