Dr. Cindi BaldiDegrees:

Brief Bio:

Assistant professor in the management department. Dr. Baldi’s background includes both an academic and entrepreneurial side. On the academic side, Dr. Baldi has presented at conferences across the Unites States, Europe and Israel, and teaches courses in management ranging from organizational behavior to diversity to negotiation. Currently, Dr. Baldi’s entrepreneurial endeavors include co-creating several consulting firms that provide communication and management tools to help organizational leaders change by building from their existing strengths. Dr. Baldi also acts in an advisory role for several start-up technology companies. Prior to attaining her Ph.D., Dr. Baldi also co-created entertainment and shopping venues at one of the largest motorcycle rallies in the nation.
