Marie Bernard coordinates the Center for Student Excellence Tinsley Learning Center. She received her B.A. in Education and her Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, both from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has spent over twenty years inside the classroom and as a school administrator. During her employment at Southeastern, she has worked in the Athletics Department as a Learning Specialist for the student athletes and recently worked in the Center for Student Excellence as an SE 101 Instructor and Academic Advisor. Marie now brings her love and passion for education to the Tinsley Learning Center.

 

Mindy Holmes

Mindy Holmes assists in the day-to-day operations of theTinsley Learning Center. She has over 30 years years of administrative experience from various state organizations and multiple family businesses. She and her family are cattle ranchers and follow and participate in the rodeo circuit. Mindy brings a touch of sunshine to the TLC and he tutors lovingly refer to her as Momma Mindy.

 

Bailey Sacco

Master of Psychology

Hi! My name is Bailey, and I am so excited to start this new chapter and to be a part of this wonderful team! I graduated from Southeastern in the fall of 2021 with a degree in I/O Psychology. I am now working towards my Master's in hopes of one day becoming a Clinical Psychologist. In my free time, I love to binge-watch television series, hang out with friends, and play with my beautiful kitties! I hope to see you soon at the Tinsley Learning Center! 

 

 

Hailie Yoder 

Master of Business Administration

Hi, my name is Hailie Yoder. I graduated from Southeastern in the spring of 2023 with a degree in Political Science. I am currently pursuing my Master's in Business Administration. I plan on going to law school after graduation. I am from Arizona and play on the SLU soccer team. My advice for college would be to push yourself out of your comfort zone and take advantage of every opportunity you have; college goes by fast! I look forward to seeing y’all around!

My name is David Zapchenk, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Masters of Business Administration. I currently hold three bachelor's degrees in: Business Administration, Marketing, and Business Management. I am passionate about learning and excited to see where my learning will take me.
