Departmental Copy Cards
All departments are required to have a Southeastern Copy Card to access departmental or Auxiliary Services managed Xerox machine copiers. There are over 60 copiers conveniently located across campus. Each location accepts the Departmental Copy Card.
Obtaining or Deactivating A Departmental Copy Card
A Copy Card Request form must be completed, signed by the department head and submitted to Campus Card Operations.
Obtaining Access to Print to a Copier
A Print Access Request form must be completed, signed by the department head and submitted to Campus Card Operations.
Replenishing Departmental Copy Card Credit
To replenish credit to a Departmental Copy Card, a Copy Card Request form must be completed, signed by the department head and submitted to Campus Card Operations. The form must state the amount of additional credit to be added to the Departmental Copy Card.
Deactivating a Departmental Copy Card
It is important to deactivate all Departmental Copy cards when:
- An employee leaves a department
- A card is lost or stolen
- A card is cancelled
Replacing A Lost Or Stolen Departmental Copy Card
When a Departmental Copy Card is lost or stolen, it must be reported to Campus Card Operations immediately. A hold will be placed on the card until it is found. A Copy Card Request form must be completed and signed by the department head requesting to deactivate the lost card and/or requesting a new replacement card. A replacement fee of $15 will be charged to the requesting department.
The department will be responsible for copies made on the account until a request is submitted.
Picking Up Departmental Copy Cards
- Date, time, and location of each transaction
- Individual transaction charge
- Year-to-date balance
