STAR BOOTH (Early Bird Price: $350 / Regular Price: $375)

• 8 x 8 booth in a prime location closer to the main entrance of the fair
• Includes continental breakfast and sit-down lunch for two representatives

DOUBLE STANDARD BOOTH (Early Bird Price: $500 / Regular Price: $525)

• Double the booth size with two tables and four chairs
• Includes continental breakfast and sit-down lunch for four representatives

DOUBLE STAR BOOTH (Early Bird Price: $750 / Regular Price: $775)

• Double the booth size with two tables/four chairs in a prime location closer to the main entrance of the fair
• Includes continental breakfast and sit-down lunch for four representatives

EXTRAS

• Additional Representative Lunch = $25/per person
• Electricity Connection = $25

If you need to ship any materials ahead of time for Career Expo, please ship them to the following location:

• Pennington Student Activity Center 1350 N. General Pershing Hammond, LA 70402

*Materials will be held at the control desk to be picked up the day of Career Expo.

 

Once an organization submits an online registration and is approved, our cancellation policy is in effect. Organizations may only receive a refund for Career Expo if cancellation requests are made 2 weeks prior to the event date. If cancellation requests are not made 2 weeks prior to the event date, the organization will still be responsible for paying the registration fee.  If an organization must absolutely cancel its registration, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
