When choosing a date to recruit, please select a date that is at least fourteen (14)
days in advance to the date you complete and submit this form*. Also note that submitting
this form does not constitute approval of your recruiting activity for your requested
date and times. All requests for On-Campus Recruiting must be approved by University
Officials to ensure that there are no conflicts with other events.

A few more pieces of information that you should know for On-Campus Recruiting:

• The ideal times to have a recruiting table are from 9 AM till 1 PM or 10 AM till 2
  PM.
• The best days to have a table are Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. If you cannot do
  any of these days, Monday would be the next best thing.
• The Student Union Breezeway is outside, but covered. This is the location with the
  highest traffic of students. If you prefer inside the main student union due to weather
  conditions, please indicate that when completing the form.
• You will be provided with a table and two chairs.
• Make sure you bring some recruiting material – fliers about your organization or the
  position, applications for the students to fill out, etc.
