How many district personnel should attend?
Each employer is asked to bring between two and four district/system/school representatives.
We ask that one to two personnel members facilitate the browsing component of the
fair. This is where candidates will browse your booths to learn more about employment
opportunities. Other personnel members will assist with the interview process.
What items should each employer bring?
We request that employers bring tablecloths for their promotional booth that will be used during the browsing component of the event. Employers are also encouraged to bring promotional items, informational brochures, salary and benefit information for candidate dissemination. Nametags will be printed for you as candidates appreciate when they are reminded of your name and title. If employers prefer to take notes on an electronic device (i.e. laptop or I-pad) please charge devices before the event as outlets will not be readily available.

How many questions should I prepare for the 20-minute interview?
We suggest that employers come prepared with approximately 5 to 7 questions for our
teacher candidates. This event is both an opportunity for employers to seek qualified
applicants, as well as, an opportunity for our candidates to refine their interviewing
skills.
Will candidates bring printed résumés to the event?
Each teacher candidate will come prepared with a printed copy of their résumé. They
are instructed to bring multiple copies of their résumé to share with employers.
What is expected after the event?
Each employer will be given the opportunity to provide specific feedback regarding
their experience with the event. This feedback will inform our decisions for future
events.
