The first refund payments for Summer 2025 will be sent electronically to BMTX, Inc. on June 10, 2025. Students whose lenders send only paper checks must come to the cashier’s section to endorse those checks beginning June 9, 2025. All subsequent refunds will be sent electronically to BMTX, Inc. weekly beginning on June 17, 2025.

** Please note: If you have previously made a preference selection, then you will need to use the login link to make any changes to your BankMobile Disbursements profile. If you previously attended another school that uses BankMobile Disbursements, you will still need to create a new profile for your Southeastern refunds.
