Southeastern Recovery Night is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem, and help others in their struggle with addiction. This Recovery Night is not A.A. or any other traditional 12- step program. It is however, our desire to recognize and affirm milestones of recovery in all 12-step programs, as well as addictions for which an appropriate 12-step group may not even exist.

The LION UP Recovery Book Club is a weekly recovery book discussion support group. Join us as we read through the The Book of Narcotics Anonymous. The support group is open to all those who are interested. The purpose to bring faculty, staff, and students together for meaningful discussion around topics of  recovery. Participants discuss the reading, what they learned, and what they can related to. This support group hosts a moderator and a tag-pass format.

A Mental Health Training Practice to slow racing thoughts, decrease stress, increase focus and calm your body and mind.

All are welcome, a desire to be present if the only requirement.

Research shows that body dissatisfaction is a leading risk in the development of an eating disorder. This is a compassionate space to process thoughts, feelings and behaviors that lead to healthy habits and body image.

The Ripple Effect… is a  support group designed to provide concerned significant others the tools they need to effectively support their loved one, without supporting the addictive behavior. The support group is open to anyone with a friend or family member who is struggling with substance misuse as well as those who may have been impacted by overdose or substance use of another at anytime.

We will be hosting Narcan training on the following dates. Narcan is the overdose reversal drug that helps friends and family members come back from Opioid, Heroin and Fentanyl use.  Please come learn how to possibly save someone’s life.
