David Winkler is managing partner of Faulk & Winkler, LLC, an accounting firm based
in Baton Rouge. A 1978 graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, he served
as a staff accountant at a regional CPA firm before venturing into his own business
and becoming a founding member of his current firm in 1984. His firm handles a variety
of clients, including medical practices, engineering and distribution companies and
provides a wide range of financial services for businesses. Winkler specializes in
tax-qualified pension plans, including 401(k) plans and employer profit sharing plans.
