A double graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, John graduated in 2004 and
2006 with a degree in Marketing and Masters of Business Administration. He is an avid
real estate investor and thriving team leader, running the daily operations of a real
estate firm while helping his clients achieve the American Dream. John takes pride
in assisting clients with one of the biggest financial decisions they have and motivating
his team to grow and reach their goals.
Southeastern was an in-state school, close to home but far enough away to give the college experience I was looking for. I liked that the classes and campus felt more personal than some of the other in-state campuses I visited. They were also known to have a good business department.

Going to Southeastern prepared me by giving me the opportunity to learn through real world experiences and application while being influenced by great professors that helped guide me to success.
I left a high paying position as an employee for a large company in order to pursue a leadership role and ended up being fired. At the time this felt like a failure, but looking back, I realize that experience opened the door to bigger and better opportunities. It taught me that learning through failure can often be a catapult to success.
The key to success is determination and getting up when you fall.
They should ignore any advice from anyone saying no or that they can’t do something. Pursuing something, even if you fail, that will help you grow.
Traveling to new places, attending music festivals and entertaining. I also enjoy rehabbing old homes and anything real estate related.
