7:30 AM to 8:00 AM – Check-In (Student Union Ballroom, (303 Union Avenue, Hammond, LA 70402))

8:00 AM to 8:45 AM – Meet Your Lion Leader over breakfast 

9:00 AM to 9:45 AM – Attend a Session of Your Choosing

10:00 AM to 10:45 AM – Attend a Session of Your Choosing

11:00 AM to 11:45 AM – Meet faculty and Staff of Your Major

12:00 PM to 12:45 PM – Lunch with Your Team in the Cafeteria

1:00 PM to 1:45 PM – Attend a Session of Your Choosing

2:00 PM to 3:00 PM – Closing Actvities (Student Union Ballroom)

 

 

During the Express Track there will be Three Checkpoints to complete:

Checkpoint 1

Pick up your “New Lion” To-Do List in the Student Union (303 Union Avenue, Hammond,
LA 70402) on the First Floor during Check In.

At this checkpoint you will receive the tools to complete your seminar. 

Checkpoint 2

Once you complete Checkpoint 1, you will do a “Lion Crawl” through union offices and
get useful information. You can also walk around to find where your classes are before
the first day of school! In your guidebook, you will have your Prepare for Success
Passport. 

Checkpoint 3

Submit your completed passport so you can receive your “Class of 2027 T-Shirt. 

 

You must attend all Checkpoints to attend all 3 checkpoints to receive credit for
completing.
