Jeanne Sinagra
Education Manager
Jeanne Sinagra is the Education Manager for the Southeastern Northshore STEM Center, the official LaSTEM Region 9 hub, where she connects regional educators, students, and industry partners to strengthen the STEM talent pipeline across the Northshore. Her experience as a high school biology and chemistry teacher in Tangipahoa Parish gives her firsthand insight into both classroom learning gaps and the funding challenges facing regional schools. She brings that perspective to aligning education programming with workforce needs, notably serving as host of the Region VIII Science & Engineering Fair and regional robotics competitions. She also plays a peripheral supporting role for the STEM Scholars program, working alongside students, schools, industry partners, and faculty to help drive its success.
